Ahh... forgivness. It can be a hard thing to do if your Ego gets in the way, but for me it turned over a new leaf. Once you can forgive, let go and have compassion in your heart no matter what it was that happened then you'll be amazed at how much better things get so quickly. Even things you may have thought would never happen. For example, my daughter's father and I are not together and didn't get along for about 4 1/2 years of her 5 years of life. One day I was so sick of the fighting that I finally said to myself "I'm just going to forgive him, and send him love." Well, about a week later he asked me if we could just stop the fighting and try to get along. I never thought this would happen as he seemed to be someone who enjoyed arguing with me and making things difficult. Imagine if I would have done that a long time ago! I wouldn't have suffered all this time! Now I practice this all the time, even if it can be a hard pill to swallow. And my daughter's father and I are still getting along, it was a shock to everyone who knows us. So, just remember a little forgivness goes a long way!
