- About Me:
- I am a practicing Buddhist who combines the Craft and Druidry with her love of Tibetan ritual. A lifelong seeker, I am a Third Degree ReiKi healer and teacher who combines her practice with Reflexology, Jin Shin Do, Kum Ye, the basics of Bon (the indigenous religion of Tibet), sound, Prana healing, and EFT, calling this smorgasbord “Ocean Phoenix ReiKi.” A cancer survivor and the parent of a cancer survivor, I work with patients and their families to develop methods for restorative recovery and stress reduction. I teach meditation to individuals and groups and conducts workshops on various healing techniques, including the labyrinth as a tool for healing. I also make necklaces and teach beading, make 'Intention Boxes', and what is called 'wearable art' - handmade clothing embellished with beading, quilting, painting and other techniques.
- If I won the lottery I would....
- Set up my family - son and daughter, grandchildren, great-granddaughter, my brother and niece - then start donating to charities and setting up businesses. I'd have to buy myself a brownstone in the Greenwich Village area of Manhattan NY, just because.

Welcome and thanks for finding me. Now I can say I've met all of the seasons of the "year-wheel"--I now have had a person named after all of the seasons in my life. (smile)
