Smoke Free

Wow!! I don't know if I can explain the Joy that I feel everyday that I am no longer a smoker. I stopped smoking May 1 and have nothing but total improvement each and everyday since. The Benefits of FrequenSea

Tuesday's call was great. All of the benefits that were talked about on the call are happening to me. Since taking FrequenSea I am so much happier and more motivated. I get 5 - 6 hours of deep sleep per night. My joints no longer hurt and I am a runner, I have been running for 20+ years. My knees use to ache at night but now that I take FrequenSea they are fine.
