Connie Smoke Free

Wow!! I don't know if I can explain the Joy that I feel everyday that I am no longer a smoker. I stopped smoking May 1 and have nothing but total improvement each and everyday since. I had been a smoker since I was 16 and not that I would be excited to tell others how old I am .. but I have smoked for over 33 years. The saddest part of that is it was my prime years to boot. Now if I had of only known when I took that very first drag off of a cigarette that I would be hooked for the rest of my li… Continue

Nicholas Capra Beware of microwave ovens

I hope that people in our community here as part of the Powerful Intentions family are beginning to see that natural and organic is the way to go. Powerful Intentions and the Law of Attraction is all about energy, which is actually what all life is about. Organic and natural vibrate at much higher frequencies than processed foods; our goal is to keep our frequency as high as possible. To that end, if some of you are still eating food cooked or heated in a microwave, you may want to reconsider or… Continue

Karen Walker Beyond The Conditioned Mind

We each live in our own individual world. It may not look like it, but 6 billion people live in 6 billion separate realities. The way we see and experience the world is determined by how we grew up, the attitudes, opinions, beliefs and limitations we were given. In other words, by the conditioning we received to our minds and emotions. This conditioning effects the way in which we see things. It is as though we are looking out of a window with curved glass - everything appears distorted. This… Continue

Doris Anne Beaulieu Life's Ultimate Test

Life isn’t always easy. Some say life is a struggle, a challenge. We often hear the saying “up a creek without a paddle.” Life can be a test, you’re either prepared or unprepared. Who we become as adults is greatly influenced by the way we are raised as children. The abilities and skills to survive and excel in this test of life are forever ingrained in us by our parents and educators. In this fast-paced ever evolving world, the prepared are able to rise to the challenges of life and fortune of… Continue

Brenda Elmore My Awakening with Frequensea

I started taking Frequensea a little over a month ago. My sister Patty called me one day and sounded so entergetic and happy that I said " I want some of what you've got." She introduced me to Frequency and things are getting better and better! I used to feel overwhelmed. I would look around the room and not know where to start. I felt like I was in a fog most of the time, not remembering things, tired and just plain frustrated! I didn't feel like there was enough time in the day to take care of… Continue

Paul Fehr Jr My Sister!

My main inspiration is my sister! She has had Ms for I think 14 years. However she was misdiagnosed for at least 8 of those years. She had some complications that has left her paralized on her right side. In other words her smile was only a half smile, she could not move her right leg or arm. Her speech was so slured that you almost had to put you head right up to her to try to understand her. She had to be feed and given her drink by someone else. And the socia Continue

Patty Duarte My Frequensea Story

I have been enjoying Frequensea, a ForeverGreen product that contains marine phytoplankton, for a little over a month now. I just wanted to share some of the changes I've noted. Within just a few days of starting Frequensea, I felt different. I couldn't explain it or put anything into words, I just felt different. It was a 'good' different. However, not trusting myself, I didn't give the feeling much attention. By the 10th day, I knew something was happening to my body and most noticeably, my mi… Continue

Popular Energy Drinks Cause Tooth Erosion, Study Shows
ScienceDaily (2008-03-16) -- Previous scientific research findings have helped to warn consumers that the pH (potential of hydrogen) levels in beverages such as soda could lead to tooth erosion, the breakdown of tooth structure caused by the effect of acid on the teeth that leads to decay. Paul Fehr Jr Marine Phytoplankton - Key to Cellular Nutrition, Communication, and Optimum Health

What Are Plankton and Phytoplankton? The word "plankton" is derived based on what i read in the Greek word "planktos", meaning "wanderer" or "drifter". Although some forms of plankton can swim up to several hundred feet a day, the positions and physiological requirements are primarily established by currents, temperatures, pale conditions and nutrient concentrations of the person of water where properties live. By definition, "plankton" organisms are unable to resist ocean currents so propertie… Continue

Karen Walker Being a deliberate creator

When you get in the habit of something that feels better, something that feels better, something that feels better, something that feels better, before you know it, you have left behind the majority of your resistance and you are flowing nicely with the river that is the river of your life. Karen Walker Being Clear About What We Want

The best way to get what we want from life is to first know what we want. If we haven’t taken the time to really understand and identify what would truly make us happy, we won’t be able to ask for it from those around us or from the universe. We may not even be able to recognize it once it arrives. Once we are clear about what we want, we can communicate it to those around us. When we can be honest about who we are and what we want, there is no need to demand, be rude or aggressive, or manipulat… Continue

Karen Walker Guidance VS Judgement

It is important to learn to distinguish inner guidance, and having an opinion, from judgment, otherwise we run the risk of not listening to our intuition and not allowing ourselves to form opinions. Inner guidance and opinions both help us to interact more intelligently in the world, so we don't want to throw them out in an effort to avoid being judgmental. Our intuition usually makes itself known to us in a flash, and often has a physical component—a flutter in our stomachs, sweaty palms, or a… Continue

Karen Walker Changing our beliefs

If our subconscious has a limiting belief then we act on that belief (even when we are not aware of it) so that we are constantly recreating situations to reinforce that belief. If we can change the belief, we will start doing things to reinforce the new belief. Our subconscious mind is so powerful that any belief held in their must come to pass. When we dilute the 'old' belief's with new ones we will start having new experiences. Think of your subconscious mind as a bucket of dirty water - fi… Continue

Nova An inexpensive do-it-yourself well...copied from onefreelife.ning.com, posted originally by Anne

If you can drive a nail into a board, you have the skills to augment your water supply. Drilling companies charge thousands of dollars to tap ground water sources that you can often reach yourself with a few common tools and about two weekends of work. Methods ranging from digging to blasting are used to reach the underground layer of fresh water that lies beneath dry land. Most of these are too technical, expensive, or dangerous for the average person. However, at the turn of the century the U… Continue

Terri WE MUST BE THE CHANGE WE WANT TO SEE IN THE WORLD

I love the quote from Gandhi, about being the change we wish to see in the world. When we take our JOY, LOVE, HAPPINESS, ABUNDANCE, PEACE AND BEAUTY out to the world, we affect thousands of people in a positive way. On last Tuesday's call Chris asked what type of company did the people on the call want to work for. I thought about that question a lot. I have come from 20+ years of working in the corporate world.
